Bustelo x FIFA World Cup

For the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Café Bustelo launched Game Face, a campaign celebrating Latin culture, soccer, and self-expression. The idea was literal: give fans a way to wear their national pride. Limited-edition coffee cans and face-tattoo kits featured original artwork by four artists, each representing one of the featured countries: Raul Urias in Mexico, Mel Cerri in Brazil, Josefina Schargorodsky in Argentina, and Tami Hadid in Colombia. Drawing on each country's flora, fauna, patterns, traditional symbols, and national colors, the designs brought local identity into a campaign built around the energy of the tournament. Andres Rivera of Brand New School led creative direction.

We brought Tami Hadid's Colombia artwork off the can and onto a large-scale wallscape in Wynwood, Miami, at what we consider the neighborhood's busiest intersection and steps from the FIFA Fan Festival. During the tournament, that stretch of the neighborhood becomes a meeting point for international visitors, making it a natural setting for a campaign rooted in national pride and cultural expression.

Translating the original illustration to a wall of this scale required a hands-on approach. Our painters worked directly from Hadid's artwork, scaling the design by hand to preserve its linework, details, and color. The result brought the limited-edition can design into the public realm, placing the artist's work in front of the very audience the campaign was designed to engage. What began as packaging became a physical part of Miami's World Cup atmosphere..
