What this site is

This site presents Atlas Media's services and completed work. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to provide services. Campaign availability, pricing, permitting and timing are confirmed only in a signed agreement between Atlas Media and a client.

Our content

The text, photography, video, design and code on this site are owned by Atlas Media or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site, and share links to it, for your own business or personal use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Client and third-party marks

Case studies on this site show work Atlas Media produced for or with the brands named. Those brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the work performed. Their appearance does not imply that those brands endorse Atlas Media or sponsor this site.

Photography and campaign imagery

Images of campaigns are documentation of work delivered in a specific location at a specific time. They are not a representation that the same placement, surface, or result is available today.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest it by automated means beyond ordinary search engine indexing, to misrepresent who you are, or to submit anything through our forms that is unlawful, misleading or infringing.

What you send us

If you send us an enquiry, a brief, or other material, you confirm you have the right to share it. We treat commercial enquiries as confidential in the ordinary course of business, but material you send us without a signed non-disclosure agreement in place is not subject to a formal confidentiality obligation.
