Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

Atlas Media Group LLC ("Atlas Media", "we", "us") operates atlas-mediagroup.com. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site or get in touch, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Information you give us

When you email us or submit a form on this site, we receive the information you choose to send. That typically includes your name, company, email address, the market or campaign you're asking about, and anything you write in the message. If you download a report from our Knowledge page, we receive your first name, last name and email address.

We use this information to reply to you, to prepare proposals and estimates, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived, and how long you stay. This happens through two services:

  • Squarespace, which hosts this site and provides its built-in analytics.
  • Google Analytics 4, which gives us aggregated reporting on how the site is used.

Both rely on cookies and similar technologies. You can control these through the cookie banner on this site and through your browser settings. Turning analytics cookies off does not affect your ability to use the site.

Cookies

We use two kinds of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working — page loading, security, and remembering your cookie choices. Analytics cookies tell us which pages people read and which campaigns bring them here. We set analytics cookies only where you have consented, and visitors in the EU, UK and similar jurisdictions are asked before any analytics cookie is placed.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only so they can perform that work:

  • Squarespace Inc., our website host and form processor.
  • Google LLC, for Google Analytics.
  • Our email provider, for correspondence.

We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where information is held

Atlas Media is based in the United States, and our service providers process information in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred there. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism offered by the provider.

How long we keep it

We keep business correspondence and enquiry records for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship, and afterwards for as long as we need it for our legitimate business records or to meet legal and tax obligations. Analytics data is retained on Google's and Squarespace's standard schedules.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong;
  • ask us to delete information we no longer need;
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing;
  • withdraw consent you have given, including for analytics cookies;
  • ask us not to sell or share your personal information — which we do not do in any case.

California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Visitors in the EU and UK have them under the GDPR and UK GDPR.

To exercise any of these, email sales@atlas-mediagroup.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows, normally within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal information on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and marketing our business and in responding to enquiries; on the basis of your consent for analytics cookies and marketing communications; and where necessary to perform a contract with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We rely on our providers' security controls, including encryption in transit across the whole site, and we limit access to enquiry data to the people at Atlas Media who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
