Goodyear x woodward dream cruise

Every August, Woodward Avenue turns into the epicenter of car culture. The Woodward Dream Cruise stretches for miles, Pontiac to Detroit, and brings out more than a million people in a single day. From classic muscle to modern builds, the street fills early and stays packed well into the night, creating an audience that’s massive, engaged, and deeply connected to the road.

For Goodyear, the moment called for something that fit the scale and the mindset of the audience. As night fell, a drone show rose above Woodward, pulling attention upward without pulling people away.

The formations moved through instantly recognizable silhouettes, including a Ford Mustang, Chevy Camaro, Dodge Charger, and the iconic Goodyear Blimp, reimagined entirely in the sky.

On the ground, a large-scale projection ran nearby, extending the experience back onto the street and into the flow of the cruise itself.
